Lodi Education Association represents 1500 educators working for Lodi Unified Schools. 

• LEA is Affiliated with the California Teachers Association (CTA) and the 

• ​National Education Association (NEA).

 

 

Across LODIUSD, all sites are represented by the work of our union LEA Site Reps.  Site Reps have many roles, including, but not limited to:Being the voice of the members in the decision-making process of LEA.
 

• Communication link between site and LEA (and vice versa)

• Identifying problems when they exist and implement solutions

• Maintain solidarity for the work of the Association at the school site, across LEA, and at the State level
